About the Property
The rear of this property was a steep slope with little level ground. This project entailed building an access road down the steep slope to allow for filling and expanding of the rear yard. Our clients wanted a large patio which would have room for their children to play, as well as accommodate their lifestyle.

We designed and constructed a double-sided stone sitting wall with a built-in fire pit and seating areas for their children. This patio greatly increased the usability and enjoyment of an otherwise unusable back yard. The expanded area beyond the sitting wall and patio was planted with specimen flowering trees and vibrant evergreens to give them magnificent color and texture twelve months a year. They are so happy with our work that we are now starting to renovate their front yard.
