This project began with a newly-constructed home set on an elevated site with only a few native trees remaining. We worked with this client to design a landscape that included stone retaining walls, brick walkways, and parterres. A raised bluestone patio with sitting walls included a pergola above. We designed and constructed a custom gunite pool complete with a large waterfall feature and properly scaled pool house. Volumes of our organic compost were brought in to prepare the graveled site to be planted.

Numerous mature trees and plantings were transplanted from our nursery to create the landscape of their dreams. Custom lighting and sound was installed to extend the use and enjoyment of their outdoor spaces. An artesian well was drilled and developed for both potable and irrigation purposes. Extensive irrigation was installed and fed from this well. Sod was installed for all lawn areas. Annual and perennial flowers are in abundance providing vibrant color throughout the growing season.
