Brick Manor

Weston, MA

About the Property
The challenge of this site was to tastefully design and create a classic landscape for a newly-built grand brick manor home in a historic area of Weston. The developer of this multi-million dollar property entrusted us to make this home look and feel as though it had been there for years.
“Let me start by saying Kevin and his crew of professionals have our exceeded expectations. The work we needed was extensive and felt it was paramount we select the right company to make certain the design and construction of the landscape incorporated the features of our home.  Needless to say, we are delighted.”
– Kathy & Tom
The historic stone walls were carefully salvaged and secured to be re-utilized on the site. Large trees and mature plantings were required to properly assimilate this home to the neighborhood, many of them dug and transplanted from our own nursery. The close proximity to the adjacent home required that we install an evergreen screen planting of more than twenty feet in height. We accomplished this task by locating and transplanting an existing hedge of stately evergreens from central Massachusetts to the site in Weston. Patios, walkways, stone retaining walls and irrigation were some of the other components involved. The project was completed to the total satisfaction of the developer and the neighbors alike.
