Our challenge on this project was to construct a custom Gunite pool with detached Jacuzzi and waterfall, custom Granitech decking, lower level patio and walkways with a lush and private landscape with custom outdoor lighting. All this within sensitive wetlands proximity, requiring extensive conservation and permitting issues. We advocated for and represented our clients through the process to obtain all the necessary permits to bring their dreams for this property to fruition.

We engineered and installed the required water recharge system to protect the sensitive wetlands. We also designed, constructed and coordinated the entire project from the permits to the completion with the owner being far from home during much of the process. And yes we still maintain this stunning property today, ensuring that it is as vibrant and beautiful as the day it was completed.
