This property was a newly constructed home. The nicely treed sloping rear yard offered an opportunity to situate a private pool with lush resort-like plantings to be enjoyed by the family. Custom cedar fencing with rose arbors surrounded the pool area, adding to the private resort feel. Heavy ornamental screening was installed to further enhance the privacy of the pool area.

The entire perimeter of the property was landscaped to provide color, texture, and privacy for this residential property. A custom swing set and play area was designed and incorporated into the project for the young children. Lower walkout patios surrounded by herb gardens creates a gathering place for the adults.
