About the Property
This property had been neglected for years. We were tasked with creating and developing a private and gracious retreat in an urban setting. We began by removing years of neglected overgrowth and piles of debris. We installed surface and downspout drains to control the large amount of water discharge.

The front was completely renovated with custom plantings, a wide bluestone walkway and a new cobblestone edged driveway. In the rear we designed and constructed a very private sunken bluestone patio with surrounding sitting walls and lush plantings. Wide antique granite steps lead to the upper gardens and lawn areas. Lush border plantings surround the upper lawn area giving this property a resort feel in an urban setting.
